Account Manager for Asian markets development:
- Business development in Asia: representation of the company Augusta towards clients and partners, as part of your daily tasks, during trade shows as exhibitor or visitor; during any step and / or any meeting with third parties in a professional context.
- Active targeted prospecting, intense and regular, on the various sectors of activity identified at the same time, in agreement with the commercial direction. Phone and direct face to face prospection.
- Development and fidelity of commercial relations with new customers, initiation and development of turnover and margin, search for internal relays, recommendations, recurrent search for new contacts by networking. Exploiting the data collected: presentations / commercial proposals, analyzes and synthesis of the briefs collected to pass on to the production team.
Personalized follow-up and control of each development:
- technical, quality, price, planning.
- Reporting directly to the manager, you are in charge of managing and optimizing your projects, controlling deadlines and costs.
- Definition of specifications: technical choices, raw materials, quality standards and regulations.
- Development: price negotiation, insuring schedules.
- Sampling: mockups, prototypes, pre production samples, planning, problem solving.
- Quality control and shipping: supervision of reports (QC - tests) and logistics. guaranteeing shipments and deliveries, thanks to an adapted management and organization.
- Management and supervision: organization and control of the work done by the teams: design, purchase, supply chain, administrative.
Reporting to the management:
- Regular reporting, daily or weekly depending on the subjects, status and changes in contacts made, projects, orders in progress and to be expected.
- Main categories of objects: luggage, textiles (clothing and linens), accessories (umbrellas, key rings, jewelery ...), stationery, ceramics, electronics, toys.
- Master level engineering school / international business school, young graduate, you are particularly autonomous and polyvalent. You are skilled in the steps of marketing reasoning and you are motivated to work in the marketing and design sector, while having abilities / great ease in the understanding of development technics and production systems. You want to forge a significant experience in a developing SME.
- The objective of this contract is the creation of a local position.
