The Business Developer will join 88JOBS sales team to ensure the business development of the company in the UK. His main responsibility will be to hunt new prospects (recruiters) to sell them the offer of recruitment, events and temporary contracts of 88JOBS.

You will :

  • Identify high potential leads
  • Find new companies who could be interested to recruit mandarin-speaking profiles (keep your eyes on the market on Indeed, Reed, FashionJobs, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms…)
  • Find the most suitable contacts within those companies
  • Convert leads into prospects
  • Email or phone your leads to establish a first contact
  • Actively listen to potential clients specific needs and offer our services
  • You could also bring some relevant insights and recommendations in order to improve our services
  • You will have to report regularly on your advancements and results.
  • You will have to travel to the Paris for trainings at our European HQ

Le/la Business Developer va rejoindre l'équipe commerciale de 88JOBS afin d'assurer le développement commercial de la société au Royaume-Uni. Sa responsabilité principale sera de chasser de nouveaux prospects (recruteurs) pour leur vendre l'offre de recrutement, d'events et d'intérim de 88JOBS. 

Ses principales missions seront donc :

  • Identifier des prospects potentiels à contacter,
  • Gérer les appels entrants de prospects,
  • Contacter les prospects identifiés, évaluer leur besoin et présenter l'offre de 88JOBS,
  • "Closer" les discussions commerciales et contractualiser,
  • Faire le suivi des prospects chauds et réactiver les prospects inactifs,
  • Animer la base de clients actifs afin de renouveler les missions se terminant et upseller de nouvelles missions,
  • Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire au management de 88JOBS.

资质要求
 
  • You have a first sales experience in B2B services
  • You have things to show (KPI, books...) to prove your commitment and results
  • Your are fluent in English (French and Chinese are not mandatory)
  • You are ideally interested in the Chinese culture
  • You are a very dynamic, business-oriented person, with good interpersonal relationships
  • You are attracted to start-up environments

  • De formation Bac+3 minimum,
  • Une première expérience dans une fonction commerciale B2B est un plus,
  • Vous êtes un commercial dans l'âme avec un goût prononcé pour la "chasse",
  • Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous investir dans une structure en plein développement et contribuer activement à sa croissance,
  • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et exigeant(e) avec vous-même,
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution,
  • Vous parlez parfaitement anglais.
